This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales Consultant at Fálaina. The Pre-sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, providing product demonstrations, and consulting on solutions. They will collaborate with the sales team to drive business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting skill required
- Develop technical knowledge around Fálaina IAM solutions and associated technologies, track industry trends and competitive landscape
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in pre-sales or sales support roles
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively
- Build and present high quality product demonstration and presentation slide to both technical and executive audiences when needed.
- Deliver proof-of-concepts (POCs) along with other team members ensuring exit and success criteria that further the sales process when needed.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, IT, or Engineering
