Required Qualifications (AS):
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university, on any major, Economic or Engineering will be advantage.
- 3 years hand-on experience in Project Team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills, Indonesia and English.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work without close supervision.
- Familiar with administrative management of the project/work, including but not limited to drafting notes, minutes, correspondence, necessary follow-up, databases, reports, meetings, events including training, and presentations material, for the team.
Specific Required Skill /Competencies (AS):
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in maintaining databases, Experience with project management software will be advantage.
- Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules will be advantage.
- Mandarin will be Advantage.
