Job Responsibilities :
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, with a specialized focus on orchestrating the seamless setup of new plants, covering all facets of IT tasks. Introduce and meticulously implement cybersecurity standards, ensuring the highest level of system security, including the timely application of system patches.
- Oversee the infrastructure team, instilling a culture of excellence and teamwork. Ensuring the proficient handling of day-to-day operational support for servers, networks, and workstations
- Collaborate with the headquarters’ IT team to develop and implement global IT service management processes, fostering cohesion and efficiency across the organization
- Execute timely responses to events, and unplanned outages, adhering to established procedures. Showcase a proven ability to effectively manage responses to intricate hardware and software challenges.
- Actively participate in supplier relationship management, overseeing all IT infrastructure assets.
- Oversight the support of application systems like SAP, MES. Provide emergency intervention on urgent application issues.
- Collect and analyze application system requirements, applying a rigorous first-pass filtering process before handing them over to the global team for further action.
Who We Are Searching:
- Minimum 5 years of Experience; Demonstrated expertise in managing various IT infrastructure components, including but not limited to routers, switches, access points (AP), firewalls, endpoint security, servers, storage, backup solutions, workstations, mobile devices, CCTV, Internet meeting tools, printers, etc.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience in a project manager role is highly desirable.
- Experience in providing field support, specifically in handling incidents related to both infrastructure and applications. This includes troubleshooting, resolution, and incident management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English to effectively communicate within the team and with stakeholders.
