Position Description :
IT Manager will be responsible to lead, manage and control IT teams. Responsible to take care of IT System & Infrastructure including Networking, Database, Software & Hardware in all business units of the Company. The candidate will be Reporting directly to Director.
Qualification & skills :
- Minimum 5 years experiences as IT Manager / Fullstack Developer, preferably in home shopping / telecommunication industry / related industry with proven track records in developing IT system & Infrastructure.
- Familiar with odoo development.
- Have some background experience in business processes in Ecommerce, Sales Order, Inventory, Accounting or CRM would be advantage
- Have background experience in ERP software development with Odoo, Sap One, SAP, Dynamics or other ERP/Accounting systems would be highly considered
- Project management (PMP).
- IT architecture, service & strategy (ITIL, TOGAF).
- Database (MySQL, mariaDB, sql server, backup/restore, HA/failover).
- Network Management (MySQL, mariaDB, sql server, routing/switching, mikrotic, catci, zabbix).
- Basic Programming (VB.net, PHP, javascript).
- Hardware management (servers: windows / linux, computers, NAS, cabling, network devices, telecommunication devices).
- Infrastructure & service (Cloud computing, internet, telecommunications, colocation, IOT).

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for strategic IT planning, including fostering innovation & allocating monetary resources.
- Ensure our website running smoothly (mobile apps & website).
- Identify user and system requirements for websites and applications.
- Create technical detail task document for developing new or improve current features or functions.
- Support, configuration and maintenance ERP.
- Develop web-based ERP applications/modules according to business requirements
- Create milestone and roadmap for IT department.
- Manage, train and coach IT Team.
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT project including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
- Providing direction for IT team members.
