Job Overview :
Responsible Project digital marketing initiatives within the scope of external stakeholder (HCP) engagement.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Oversee development of agile content and digital assets, manage internal and external partners, and ensure continued engagement with business teams
- Identify and develop new channel activations that will create a business impact and enhance the HCP experience.
- Manage and optimize paid digital channels .
- Ensure alignment across Marketing, Solution, Compliance, Legal, Science, Data, IT, Finance, and relevant vendors when building and designing the digital engagement strategy, content, and tactical plan.
- Ensure measurement & optimization strategy and KPIs are identified, developed & in place for all digital assets.
- Collect report and provide analysis for all Project digital assets.
- Responsible for administration process related to digital assets and engagement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree any major from reputable university.
- Fresh graduate up to 3 years’ experience in marketing or digital communication.
- Well-developed analytical capabilities and project management skills.
- Extensive experience in converting insights into digital intervention need, developing prototypes, piloting, setting KPIs and execution.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in matrix environment
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Canva.
- Digital & tech savvy, always up to date to the social trends.
- Used to be on making reports & doing presentation.
