Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements
- Gather user requirements
- Make SDLC process
- Create documentation project such as FSD, TSD, BRD, etc.
- Prepare and deliver highly effective report
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience and skill 2+ years as Business Analyst (Insurance/Banking).
- Preferable have experience working in Insurance and/or Banking industry.
- Experience in making project documentation (FSD, BRD, TSD, SRS).
- Familiar with SDLC.
- Good communication (written & verbal) in English.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to WFO in Jakarta.
