Skilled Worker Lead

Daya Dimensi Indonesia is looking for Skilled Worker Lead who passionate in initiative development program

Job Description:                     

1. As practice leader for skilled worker learning product.
2. Partner with sales team to understand client needs and crafting proposals to meet client needs.
3. Create project budget and oversee project manager to maintain agreed project margin.
4. Source and develop content for learning programs.
5. Design and develop customized learning programs (e.g., eLearning modules, instructor-led training, blended learning programs).
6. Manage strategic project.
7. Stay current on L&D trends and best practices.

Job Requirement:  

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration/engineering/related fields from reputable university. Master’s degree or certification in instructional design will be a plus.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D) or instructional design roles with minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
3. Experience working in a consulting firm is a plus.         
4. Possess strong business sense.
5. Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading).
6. Experience working with diverse audiences.
7. Possess and applies continuous learning skills.
