Job Description:
- Analyzing company processes and procedures.
- Make analysis and evaluation of Budget and Realization of projects such as Revenue, Direct Cost, Maintenance, etc..
- Review the number of orders for unit requirements, number of drivers, performance appraisal to maximize the achievement of Direct Margin.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
- Developing process enhancement strategies.
- Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
- Carry out supervision related to Revenue, Outstanding Trucking & Billing, Request for Change Order & Request for Abnomal Shipment, Internal Delivery Order, Problem record.
- Conduct monitoring related to the achievement of Customer KPIs.
