Job Description :
As the Garment PPIC Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments. You will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, minimizing costs, and maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Analyze production data to forecast future demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Implement inventory management practices to minimize excess inventory and stockouts.
- Supervise the production planning and inventory control team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Evaluate supplier performance and establish strategic partnerships to support production goals.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the garment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and optimizing production processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work at Legok Area, Tangerang.
