Qualifications & experience
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal & written)
- Adaptability and flexibility to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing Assistance and Support: Customer service professionals are responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, issues, or requests related to products or services.
- Liaise with customers’ key contact points on various business activities
- Translate written documents, verbal communication from Bahasa or English into Chinese
