Responsibilities:
- Installing IoT devices and other equipment
- Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and IoT Device and equipment.
- Reading repair manuals and liaising with other experts.
- Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
- Writing up reports and preventative maintenance plans.
- Sourcing replacement parts or devices.
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and devices.
- Fabricating any components required.
- Providing time and material cost estimates before starting a job.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in your field
- Daily monitoring to ensure that all installed equipment is running properly
Requirements:
- High school or diploma.
- Experience as a technician.
- A driver’s license.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
- Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
- Ability to analyze quality control.
