As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of the construction project for Data Center. You will work closely with the engineering & project management team, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of mechanical systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

Description
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical construction activities.
- Provide Mechanical engineering support including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression to project teams, consultants, and other third parties. Ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into the overall building design.
- Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, including vendor selection, negotiation, and quality assurance.
- Manage construction activities on-site, including installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, to ensure they meet project specifications and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in mechanical installations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mechanical-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective communication to all stakeholders.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related roles with portfolio in Data Center Project
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and document control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English
