Job Requirement
- Candidates must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree from Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital promotion or marketing, with preference given to candidates with property industry experience.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, META ads, website management, social media, and email marketing channels.
- Having a great interpersonal communications and presentations skill to communicate with both internal and external parties.
- Having an analytical and creative mind with great attention to detail.
- Photography and videography skill are a plus point.
Job Description:
- Identify target audiences and develop personalized marketing strategies for different audience segments.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ marketing strategies to develop appropriate responses.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key collaborators (e.g., digital platforms, agencies, media companies).
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company’s brand objectives and sales goals.
- Creating content to help boost engagement, followers and to help accommodate sales needs.
- Ensure compliance of digital marketing activities with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing database and paid ads campaign on all channels such as META Ads / Google Ads / E-commerce Ads.
- Managing and updating official website with WordPress platform.
- Documenting events and creating event highlights for social media purposes.
- Analyze data to collaborate with other team members to optimize social media strategy.
- Provide input for KOL/marketing ideas to increase brand awareness.
- Provide regular updates to the Marcom Manager for every project that has been run.
- Define and optimize the digital marketing funnel. Implement lead nurturing strategies and tactics to convert leads into sales.
