Responsibilities :
- Gather data from various HR systems and sources, including but not limited to employee records, performance evaluations, payroll, and recruitment metrics.
- Utilize statistical methods and tools to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide HR metrics and insights to stakeholders, such as senior management and department heads.
- Collaborate with HR team members to create actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Conduct research on HR trends, benchmarking data, and emerging technologies to support informed decision-making
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- Has experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R, with the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Has communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
