Position: Quality Control Engineer Coordinator
Employment: Permanent with 3 months’ probation
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and control for quality of construction job for all project
- Perform In-process checking/ inspection related to quality.
- Perform Final checking/ inspection related to quality.
- Act as advisor for project leader and related staff in case of quality.
- Coordinate and giving direction or advice to project staff/ Subcontractor/ Mandor.
- Build good relation with Subcontractor.
- Responsible for Quality Control in the scope of works.
- Make a quality plan for project tenders and when receiving a project, revise the Quality Plan according to project conditions in the field.
- Conduct Quality assessment once a month for all projects and report to GM Construction and level management.
- Make Quality work procedures or instructions and socialize them to all staff in the field.
- Improving Quality system in the field.
- Provide support on Quality custom to all projects.
- Supervise the implementation of ISO 9001 – 2015 in the field and conduct internal audits together with other internal audit teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years working experience in QC, preferably factory/warehouse projects
- Computer literate.
- Detail oriented.
- Fluency in English both oral & written.
- Good communication.
- Good in supervision or control for quality of construction job and able to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
- High initiative, accurate, hard worker, easy going person, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good performance and personality.
- Good leadership.
- Conceptual and systematic.
- Self confident.
- Able to work individually or in team.
- Willing to work overtime.
