Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our products or services.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and reports to management on sales performance and revenue projections.
Requirements:
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Active computer skills
- Fluent in English
- Have 1-3 Years of Experience as an Account Executive
- Having skills in the Sales Competency
- Understanding of Digital Transformation Concept
- Bachelor degree in any Major, but IT Related is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta
