GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Web Management Specialist is responsible for monitoring the performance of the company’s website, ensuring optimal functionality, and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and drive conversions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of web design and user experience (UX) best practices.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing website features and performance in accordance to audience behavior to help business gaining high quality leads.
- Analyze user behavior on the website to identify areas for improvement in navigation, content layout, and overall user experience.
- Continuously monitor website performance metrics, including site speed, uptime, and responsiveness.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may affect website performance, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
- Implement UX best practices and make recommendations for changes to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to increase conversions. Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance to current marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Work with the IT team or external vendors to apply updates, patches, and security measures to the website.
- Ensure that the website is optimized for search engines, including implementing on-page SEO best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in web management, web development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of web analytics.
- Proficiency in web development tools and platforms.
- Experience with web performance monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
