Responsibilities
- Provide Support Services based on Incident Reports / Request Ticketing.
- Support the creation and modification of application reports according to user needs.
- Provide optimal solutions and services on, especially related to reports/dashboards.
Required
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot of software issues
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology
Detail oriented person
At least 2 years of successful experiences in the related field
Experienced in some of the following language, PHP Laravel, Python & Javascript
Knowledgeable and adept in SQL Query and PostgreSQL
Operating System: Unix/Linux, Windows
