Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Relationships:

Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale telecom companies and resellers Indonesia.

2. Contract Management:

Review and negotiate contracts between our company and Indonesia wholesale telecom customers.

3. Account Management:

Manage and support each cooperative customer account, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

4. Sales Performance:

Drive sales, margins, and revenue growth each month, achieving sales targets.

5. Customer Consulting:

Consult with customers and address routing issues in collaboration with our internal Network Operations Center (NOC) team.

6. Sales Growth Analysis:

Analyze and boost sales growth for each customer, including:

  • Rate editing
  • Rate exporting
  • CDR (Call Detail Record) graph analysis
  • Management of customer accounts

7. Commercial Negotiations:

Handle commercial negotiations and discussions with customers to secure favorable agreements.

8. Vendor Relationships:

Maintain relationships with wholesale telecom vendors, including resellers and operators.

9. Rate Negotiations:

Negotiate rates with vendors to secure favorable terms.

10. Quality Management:

Ensure high-quality routing from each vendor and assist the internal NOC team with quality management.

11. Routing Criteria and Product Support:

Update routing criteria and work with product managers to maintain high-quality service.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education of College Diploma (D3) degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Management, or Procurement Management.

2. Should be able to use English as a working language

3. Proven experience in sales and procurement within the telecom industry, with strong account and vendor management skills.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of handling complex commercial negotiations.

5. Strong data analysis capabilities to drive sales growth.

6. Familiarity with telecom service quality management and routing standards.

7. Ability to collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., NOC) to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.

8. Willing to be placed at SCBD, South Jakarta.
