RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and assist in the definition of project scope and objectives,
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Interpret, evaluate and develop research data for business analysis projections and valuation into strategic decision making.
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through targeted prospecting and networking
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to prospective clients,
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored software solutions to address their challenges.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project by collaborating closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Ensure that all projects/new features are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
REQUIEREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Min 3 years experiences as a Business Development or Project Management (PM) or Business Analyst minimum 3 years.
- Experienced to make reports of relevant business trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, Project Management or Account Management roles especially within the software solutions/banking/communication agency industry.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Good organisation skills including attention to details and multi-tasking.
- Preferable of knowledge using Project Management tools.
