Wolkk is seeking a motivated IT Process Specialist. This is an essential role in the Service Management Office. They design, maintain and support technology processes following the standard IT Information Library framework, engage with both technical and non-technical key stakeholders, secure their inputs and are responsible for design and maintenance of IT policies.
Responsibilities:
- Process Design and Improvement: Designing, implementing, and improving ITIL processes in line with best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engaging with Internal and External stakeholders
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for ITIL processes, including procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Audit and Compliance: Participating in audits and ensuring that ITIL processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience implementation of ITIL processes in a fintech company or other tech products.
- Experience with designing, implementing and maintaining ITIL processes, among others Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Service Level Management.
- Knowledge of applying the processes in agile environment
- Familiarity with BPMN standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strives for continuous improvement.
