Responsibilities
- Operate utility equipment according to specified parameters and operating instructions issued in a safe manner (LTO obtained)
- Ensure execution of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for utility equipment in the production and packaging areas to meet quality standards and repair requirements (WO)
- Execute timely solutions for defects to manager, do 100% of job listings (checklist), job log (log sheet) in the managed area to identify potential risks (if any), and reports
- Execute the implementation of utility PM tasks and handle incidents during production shifts
- Ensure rapid execution of the Corrective Maintenance (CM) for equipment in utility areas to reduce MTTR on production shift
- Implement and execute compliance with GMP, AIB, Occupational Safety regulations by permanent employees and contractor employees related to assigned utility equipment.
- Notify serious incidents according to maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in utility or facility maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment
- Holds a minimum of a Diploma of Engineering
- Proven experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of utility equipment
- Hands-on experience with utility systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressors, water treatment systems, and refrigeration
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement timely solutions to defects
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and the ability to enforce safety regulations among employees and contractors
