Job Descriptions:
- Having technical knowledge about Network Technology especially Aruba HPE/Ruckus/Cisco Enterprise
- Having technical knowledge about Security Technology especially Fortinet/Palo Alto
- Handling second/third level support for technical issues on Network / Security products
- Handling several subordinates and supervising First level Engineer
- Installing, implementing, troubleshooting, problem solving for project and supporting an enterprise’s users
- Responsible for fulfillment team certification
- Assist Presales for conducting proof of concept
- Placement : West Jakarta
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer & Technology
- Related experience with the same position, with minimum 2 years experiences
- Have Network / Security professional certification will be an advantages (Fortinet / Palo Alto / Cisco / Aruba HPE / etc)
- Experiences in implementing Aruba, Fortinet, Ruckus, Cisco, Network/Cybersecurity solution products would be an advantage
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication and able to work as part of team
- Able to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitude
