Job Description
As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing business strategies aimed at achieving the company’s revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Presenting, promoting, and selling the company’s products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
- Analyzing customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Building, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships with customers.
- Reaching out to potential customers through cold calls and other outreach methods.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets within specified deadlines.
- Updating and maintaining sales reports and customer information using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Providing management with insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and potential new products and services.
- Suggesting improvements to the company’s applications and features based on user feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
