The Role
Have you started your sales career but are looking to take it to the next level?
This role has been designed for those who have some B2B sales experience (although applicants with no experience are also considered) but are eager to learn and are committed to exceeding expectations, whilst still being a part of a fun and supportive team environment.
This is a hunter role with a strong focus to develop new business opportunities for BCI Central Lead Manager services, which will allow the client to win new business within the construction industry.
You have to :
- Focus to generate NEW business for BCI’s project information system.
- Liaise with the decision-maker of the client’s company and match BCI’s project information system that fit for their business.
- Make an outbound cold calls and appointments with clients to close sales.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicator (KPI) and meet SALES TARGET every month.
- Have strong logical thinking and common sense in approaching a client by combining the construction knowledge and clients’ needs.
- Manage all sales activity through company CRM system.
The more leads you generate, negotiate and close, the more monthly uncapped commissions you receive!
About You!

- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales environment is a must (B2B/Corporate Sales).
- Professionally/Competitively driven.
- Experience in sales base-consultancy
- Fluent in English both verbal and written – advantage
- Knowledgeable about Construction Industry – advantage
