Qualifications & experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in account management or digital marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; negotiation skills; and strong project management skills
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of digital marketing tools, industry trends and marketing strategies.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage Client Accounts: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existinct clients, understand their business and set appropriate strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with creative, marketing and technical teams to ensure project delivery is on time and on budget.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and client feedback; provide strategic recommendations to improve satisfaction and results.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify and propose opportunities for the addition of new services or projects that can benefit both the client and the agency.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance and present results to clients.
