Qualifications & experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in account management or digital marketing.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; negotiation skills; and strong project management skills
- Knowledge: Good understanding of digital marketing tools, industry trends and marketing strategies.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage Client Accounts: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existinct clients, understand their business and set appropriate strategies.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with creative, marketing and technical teams to ensure project delivery is on time and on budget.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and client feedback; provide strategic recommendations to improve satisfaction and results.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify and propose opportunities for the addition of new services or projects that can benefit both the client and the agency.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance and present results to clients.
