INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANT

1. Manage implementation of project in Infrastructure and implemented system in End User, including: All infrastructure devices, Tape Back-up, Network (Firewall, WIFI Access Point), System maintenance (OS, Backup), Hardware Maintenance;
2. Execute daily routine such us: Q/A Support regarding IT System, troubleshooting to resolve any issue quickly, engage documented escalation protocol as appropriate and system recovery support;
3. Preparing issues’ report, monthly report and present them when required;
4. Other as requested by End-user (as stated in scope of work defined by Company and End-user). 

Qualification:

1. At least Bachelor’s degree in related field, majoring in Information System, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering;
2. Has minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position;
3. Fluent in English both written and verbal;
4. Having an excellent interpersonal & communication skill
5. Discipline, creative, initiative and can work independently or in a team;
6. Willing to work under tight schedule and target;
7. Willing to work in Karawang area if needed
