STERILIZATION FOREMAN

Job Description

1. Understanding Mechanical & Electrical : System Conveyor, Pneumatic, PLC, Inverter, motor 3 phase, low current, high current, etc.
2. Creating weekly and monthly reports.
3. Provide technical guiance to the team and conduct field supervision.
4. Operating & monitoring E-beam sterilization machine.
5. Performing analysis, preventive, corrective maintenance.
6. Responsible & Organizing documentation related with radiation protection activities include Audit and extend permit from BAPETEN.
7. Performing kaizen/continuous improvement.
8. Have experience on E-beam sterilization scope will be and advantage.
9. Willing to work in shifts.  

Qualification : 

1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Mechatronics/  Electronica)
2. Have valid work permit as PPR Tk.1
3. Experience in the field of Irradiators is prefered have min 2 years of experience
4. Age between 30-40 Years
5. Fluent in English, both oral and written
6. Multitasking, result oriented & loyal
7. Computer literate : MIcrosoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD is an added value
