– Conduct a survey of potential area development for the addition of new franchise branches
– Propose a strategic new location in accordance with the company’s target
– Coordinate with all Teams to achieve Franchise Sales targets
– Auditing and ensuring all franchise showrooms are running according to SOP
– Provide SOP directions to new and old franchisees
