Job Description :
- Working together with other departments and teams to achieve business goals
- Expand relationship business to suitable third party
- Develop and execute a business strategy based on the company’s service
- Generate ideas for brands and lay down communication approaches to achieve innovations across mediums
- Lead a team by supervising and mentoring them to achieve business goals
- Working together with media, agencies, vendors, and government – focus on brand awareness, collecting database (registration) and new member
- Monitoring and evaluating brand offline
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification :
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas
- Prefer a candidate who resides in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area
- Experience in sales B2B and B2C for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong business, marketing touchpoints, disciplines & consumer understanding
- Have great communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain networking
- Good communication and presentation in English
- Ready to work with target
- Have strategic innovation & creativity skills, excellent reporting skills
- Analytical skills – both qualitative and quantitative
- Have the ability to develop simple and actionable ideas into strategies that matter
- Honest, loyal, fast learner, team player, and positive attitude
- Have an ability to quickly adapt to new changes and the ability to work under pressure.
