Responsibilities
- Working with Sales team to identify client technical needs and compiling optimal IT solutions
- Offering technical consultation throughout selling process, including technical presentation and answering client’s technical questions
- Acting as a bridge between clients and internal technical development team to assure the solutions are suitable for the business
- Managing and compiling technical documents, including technical proposal, product specifications, and Proof of Concept (PoC) for IT solutions
- Performing administration for presales activities
- Following technology developments and giving innovative solutions for clients
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in Presales position, especially in IT Consulting industry
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or related major
- Deep knowledge in IT Management, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, System Integration, and Enterprise Software Solutions
- Capable on developing and presenting technical solutions for client
- Experienced on developing technical proposal, demonstrating products, and compiling Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and capable on working under pressure and schedules
- Having valid certification in IT Governance, IT Service Management, Cyber Security, or Project Management (ex. COBIT, ITIL, etc) will be an advantage
