- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunication, Informatics Engineering or related field.
- Practical experience or basic understanding of information security principles and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux) and computer networks.
- General analytical skills to troubleshoot security problem for various security devices.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with internal and external teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good time management & discipline with time.
- Basic system administration skills and understanding of security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, mail gateway, SASE, ZTNA and WAF.
Security certifications (CCNA Security, FCA, PCNSA or equivalent associate level certification) will be preferred.
