Senior Security Engineer (SME – DLP)
Job Descriptions:
- Working with vendors to implement and support DLP technology, including troubleshooting and upgrading.
- Maintaining DLP technology, configuring policies, and compiling reports for analytics.
- Monitoring and responding to alerts generated from DLP systems and other technologies.
- Working with the Incident Response team to escalate and respond to potential or real threats.
- Serving as a DLP subject matter expert within the organization.
- Collaborating on the DLP rule development lifecycle including policy development, response rules, and maintenance.
- Be ready 24×7 for trouble shooting during on call period.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience working with clients in a support role
- Knowledge of IP, TCP/IP and other network administration protocols
- Proven experience (5 – 6+ years) in information security roles.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as Firewalls, Proxy, SIEM, IDS/IPS, Email Security and Endpoint Security
- Certifications such as PCNSE, NSE, DLP solutions or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong understanding of network and application security principles.
