Requirement
Proven work experience for 2 years with retail company
overseas graduates
Multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical thinking
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (excel) is must
Proficiency in business retail
Responsibilities
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Conduct analysis on all reports in all business unit
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information related with BOD Bussiness
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
provide suggestions for improvement for all reports
