Job Description:
- Responsible for execute internal and external business development projects to identify opportunities for expansion, partnership, and innovation to enhance the business growth
- Handling new supplier requests and maintain good relationship with existing suppliers to ensure smooth operations and maximize value for both parties.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop financing programs that support sales volume targets. Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to drive results.
- Work closely with sales & marketing teams to design and carry out the financial literacy and inclusion initiatives targeted towards the public, suppliers, and other institutions. Educate stakeholders on financial products and services to promote understanding and accessibility.
- Provide essential marketing tools and materials to the marketing department, including but not limited to: brochures, company profiles, promotional goods, etc. Collaborate closely with sales & marketing teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging strategies.
- Handling financing simulation calculation, familiar with dashboard and creative design
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Management/ Finance/Business /Accounting/Mathematics/Statistics or other relevant background with GPA minimal 3.00
- Minimum had a minimum 3 (three) years experience
- Preferably has experience in Banking/Financial Services industry that handles business development, supplier management, or related roles.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to perform financial analysis and simulation calculations (such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or specialized financial modeling software)
- Proficiency in creative design tools and software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Preferable with TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC Certificate) and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
- Strong analytical skill and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to think outside the box with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
