Responsibilities:
- Pitching products and services to new customers and offering new services to existing customers
- Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and present solutions that meet customer needs
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Preparing product pitches and making presentations to prospective clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and networking
- Capable to nurture relationships with leads and move them through the sales funnel
- A driven individual who is motivated by targets and achieving sales objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals
- Thrive on challenges, excels in negotiation, and consistently meets or exceeds targets within deadlines
- Possess a people-oriented personality with a pleasant honesty, sociability, critical thinking skills, and strong self-confidence
