Responsibilites:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market gaps, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and market demands to inform business strategy and identify areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to brainstorm, evaluate, and refine new business ideas and models.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management on potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Conduct the planning and execution of new business initiatives from concept through to launch, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum from business, business marketing, or any related major.
- Having 2-3 years of experience in business planning/development. Experience in digital product-related field will be a plus point.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing business opportunities and driving growth.
- Have strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to understand market dynamics and business models.
- Have excellent research and analytical skills.
- Able to operate Ms. Office.
- Possess a strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Senayan, Central Jakarta.
