Job Descriptions:
- Gather and organize Sales data from systems, transaction records, and external databases (delivery record).
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by identifying and rectifying errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze sales trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly & monthly reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
- Determine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Propose and implement improvements to data collection processes and analytical methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve overall sales performance
