Responsibilities :
- Assist in conducting IT infrastructure assessments and audits.
- Analyse client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate, age 21 – 29 years old.
- Fluent in English (Written, Listening, Speaking).
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, server management, and virtualization.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong Analytical Skill and able to think logically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to grow in the field.
