We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Staff to join our team at PT Drose Konsultasi Indonesia.
Responsibilities of Junior Staff Developer:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Java and front-end technologies.
- Contribute to front-end and back-end development tasks with a focus on Java-based applications.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities of Junior Staff Consultant:
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing business processes for clients.
- Support the implementation and integration of business applications.
- Understand and map data flows within client systems.
- Provide general IT support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare documentation and reports for client projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database querying.
- Familiarity with Java and web app development, especially in front-end technologies.
- Knowledge of data flow and general IT concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning and growing in the IT field.
- Understanding of IT solutions related to data.
