Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  7. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  8. Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our products or services.
  11. Provide timely and accurate forecasts and reports to management on sales performance and revenue projections.

Requirements:

  1. Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Active computer skills
  3. Fluent in English
  4. Have 1-3 Years of Experience as an Account Executive
  5. Having skills in the Sales Competency
  6. Understanding of Digital Transformation Concept
  7. Bachelor degree in any Major, but IT Related is a plus
  8. Willing to work onsite in Jakarta
