ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for product management for Mechatronics products.
- Provide technical, application & engineering support on relevant product group (current & new) to customer
- Develop and provide technical training modules.
- Act as point of contact between SEW-EURODRIVE worldwide offices for the relevant product group.
- Manage relevant documentation and provide Ad-hoc reporting for relevant product group.
- Support company’s sales and marketing activities to achieve the yearly sales target for relevant product group. (i.e. trade shows, seminars, webinars, marketing material preparation, Pre Sales Activity, road shows, etc.)
- Develop new opportunities through reviewing industry trends and understanding of various industries and application requirement in the market with accounts and industry department.
