Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Min 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a business or technology environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence) and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) may be required based on the job’s context.
Job Role:
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Identifying and analysing business processes to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supporting project management activities, including scope definition, risk assessment, and user acceptance testing.
