Responsibilities
- Data Gathering: Collect data from various sources, including internal databases.
- Data Cleaning: Ensure good data quality by cleaning and transforming raw data into usable formats.
- Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Reporting: Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools like Power BI to communicate findings.
- Support the Sales Support Team Lead in change management efforts by ensuring stakeholders are trained and comfortable with new tools and processes.
- Regularly report on project status, progress, and outcomes to the Sales Support Team Lead and internal stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree from International Business Management or IT.
- 3-5 years experience in Business Analyst / Analytical Data.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal & written.
- Excellent in data processing and presentation skill.
- Desirable familiar in operating Power BI or relevant.
