Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for IT-related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Experience working in a digital agency is a plus
- Position based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
Tasks & responsibilities
- Identify and initiate contact with potential clients to generate new business leads
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Prepare and present customized proposals based on client needs and objectives
- Negotiate contracts with clients
