Requirement :
- Bachelor’s master or degree economic, Business, or communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (Banking or insurance)
- Ability to analyse and report/communicate result together with root cause analysis and development of enhancements/corrective action
- Possess an ability to handle multiple taks and deadline, and work well with others in a fast p – paced environment
- Strong in reading regulations and rule
- Strong in communication, relationship, negotiation skill and personal development
- Strong in presentation and analitical skill
- Fluent in english verbally and written
- Skillfull in working with Microsoft Office.
Responbilities :
- Manage relationship with partners Bank and Non Bank to ensure business sustainability
- Manage smooth alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholder for launch partnership or program execution
- Escalate update and issues to manager to anticipate and resolve barriers in new partners launch process
- Manage administrative works related to partnership and program execution.
