Job Description
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends within the property valuation sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to differentiate the company’s offerings.
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Assist in contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business development strategy.
- Develop and recommend strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a property valuer in a real estate valuation firm.
- Strong understanding of hotel and commercial real estate dynamics, including property valuation, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
