Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities.
- Work closely with the marketing, project management, and engineering teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve company services and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build a professional network.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including market dynamics, key players, and regulatory environment.
- Understanding of Light Gauge Steel Structure
- Experience with large-scale construction projects.
- Established network of contacts within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
