Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and strategic Inside Channel Sales Business Development Representative specializing in DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management. In this role, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth through indirect channels, and promoting our agreement management solutions. Your expertise in channel sales and digital agreements will be key to expanding our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully sell DocuSign’s intelligent agreement management solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to help them achieve sales targets.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective sales materials, training programs, and co-marketing initiatives that empower partners to effectively promote our solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track partner sales activities, manage opportunities, and ensure accurate reporting of sales performance.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the channel sales space to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of partner relationships.
- Collaborative Selling: Work closely with partners to develop joint sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to drive mutual success.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly assess partner performance, providing feedback and support to optimize their sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or digital solutions space.
- Strong understanding of DocuSign’s products, especially in the realm of agreement management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with channel partners.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
