KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned e-commerce accounts, ensuring alignment with brand and sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact to address needs and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, creating tailored proposals that meet client goals while driving revenue.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to recommend actionable insights for sales growth and performance optimization.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies that differentiate our offerings in the market, ensuring competitive advantage.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies, including promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to achieve revenue targets.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on key performance indicators, regularly analyzing data to inform strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience across all e-commerce channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or e-commerce, ideally within the technology, consumer goods, or retail industries. Previous experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) is highly preferred.
E-commerce Platform Expertise:
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing accounts and driving sales on e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with tools and software for e-commerce analytics, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns is a must.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) is required.
Communication & Negotiation Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal cross-functional teams. Proven experience in negotiation to secure favorable agreements and terms with partners.
Project Management Abilities:
- Experience in planning and executing e-commerce campaigns, coordinating with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align resources and deliver on timelines. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling rapid changes in platform algorithms, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English is MANDATORY, as this role requires communication with local and international stakeholders.
